My name is Tim, and I am a mindfulness coach specializing in addiction and depression. After overcoming my own personal struggles, i’m here now to help others.
I lived life pretty quickly from a young age, and no matter what I achieved never fully felt satisfied with what I had or where I was in life. This created an intense hunger that took me on many life adventures and also presented myself with a good share of difficulties and challenges. The adversity eventually gave way to a new obsession, the spiritual search. This left me with a radical new perspective on life.
Now I devote my working hours to helping others get clear and overcome personal struggles by combining simple yet powerful inquiries, with making lifestyle changes that lead to living their best life. A key part of my unique ability to help others comes from my own life experience. I’m no stranger to awkward moments and their never far from my mind as I support others overcome their personal challenges.
